I didn't come to this work from the outside. I went through it.

✧ The Beginning

From the moment I got my first crystal at nine years old, I knew there was more to the world than what we could see. I didn't have a name for it then - I just had a feeling. That something deeper was waiting, if I was willing to look.

That feeling never left, although there were deviations as others told me it was weird and belittled my belief that magic was real. Over the years it grew into a genuine path - one I walked carefully, being particular about where I learnt and who I learnt from.

✧ Walking Through It

I wasn't the person people came to with their problems. I wasn't the natural agony aunt, the one everyone leaned on. But somewhere along the way, I found myself at a Cacao ceremony with the woman that would inspire me to become what I am today. After paying for her time to ask her what her path looked like I found myself in her therapist chair - walking through my own initiations, doing the deep inner work that changes you from the inside out, realising that only through understanding what it was like to turn myself inside out that I could expect the same from others.

It changed me. Profoundly.

That experience - of being on the receiving end, of doing the work for real, before doing any training - shaped everything about how I work now. I am truly dedicated to continuing that work, because I know you can only support others as far as you've been willing to go yourself.

I support me. I grow me. And that means I can support my clients, and help them grow.

In 2018, I went to Burning Man and it changed my life, but I didn’t know it yet. In 2019 something shifted. What I can only describe as an awakening began - and it changed the direction of everything. I wanted to know who “I” was.

2020 shattered my perception of the world. I started training in earnest. Reiki training, discovering plant medicine, training as a Cacaoista, Hypnotherapist, Shamanic practitioner, and finally I returned to something I had wanted to be 10 years earlier, a Counsellor. All of this grounded me in to my own unique understanding of the world and how all the modalities for healing are interlinked.

I present to you now the transformed, qualified and ready form of Me. Ready to serve and guide, after many years of dedicated inner work, practice, learning, studying and ceremony, I am ready to serve.

✧ The Work Now

Today I hold space for people in two distinct but connected ways.

Through White Light Shamanics, I work as a catalyst - using ceremony, cacao, and shamanic healing techniques to help people shift their blockages and find their own answers. I'm not a magician, though sometimes the experiences can feel unexplainably magic. I'm someone who creates the conditions for something to shift.

Through White Swan Counselling, I work as a co-regulator - offering professional, confidential talking therapy for people navigating the harder seasons of life or wanting to explore who they truly really are. Perhaps not so mystical but results can still be profound and life changing.

The thread through all of it is the same: I'm here to be of service. Not to have the answers - but to walk with you while you find yours.
